
Sanjay Stanley
Head Coach
Sanjay Stanley is an accomplished cricketer and high-performance coach dedicated to developing young athletes at Elite Cricket Academy. Born in Chennai, India, Sanjay’s cricket journey began at the state level for Tamil Nadu (U14) before relocating to North Carolina. A top-order batter and off-spinner, he quickly established himself as a standout player in the U.S. cricket circuit.
As a former Vice-Captain of the USA U19 team, Sanjay represented the nation in the 2019 ICC Americas World Cup Qualifier. He has also competed at the South Zone level (all age groups), been part of the USA Men’s Squad (2019), and played a leadership role as Vice-Captain of the Morrisville Raptors in Minor League Cricket (MiLC). Additionally, he has gained valuable exposure as a shadow player for the Seattle Orcas in Major League Cricket (MLC).

Sanjay’s coaching career began at age 18 with the Triangle Cricket League, where he worked closely with some of the country’s top junior talents. His coaching philosophy blends technical skill development, mental preparation, and strength & conditioning to help young athletes excel.
